At Lumiere Studio, we strive for perfection. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly: Cancel at any time. Full refund eligibility within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
Annual: Full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, refunds are prorated minus a small cancellation fee.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time digital assets, refunds are generally not provided once accessed. Exceptions apply if content is defective or doesn't match descriptions.
