Refund Policy

At Photobooth Camera, we strive to provide the best possible AI photo booth experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds.

1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and are not satisfied with the service, you are eligible for a full refund. After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of the cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the months used, minus a 20% early cancellation fee.

2. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (such as event passes or specific asset packs), refunds are generally not provided once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.

Exceptions may be made if:

  • The content is defective or corrupted.
  • The content does not match the description provided.
  • You are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end.

3. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using Photobooth Camera, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Often, issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting steps or browser adjustments.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at emineelesss@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • Order ID or Transaction ID.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
